TAI CHI FOR SENIORS (OR ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO GO AT A SLOWER PACE)

You will do weekly mediation and chi kung (QiGong) practice to help with stress reduction, relaxation and to help energize your body and focus your mind in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
