TAI CHI FOR SENIORS (OR ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO GO AT A SLOWER PACE)
You will begin with the Yang Family Tai Chi 24 postures form. You will do weekly mediation and chi kung (QiGong) practice to help with stress reduction, relaxation and to help energize your body and focus your mind.
