“Currently, I’m enrolled in the Tai Chi for Health program. While discussing my goals for the program, I responded that range of motion and balance are important. I’m already benefitting from improved strength and stability, carrying into my home life as well. I’m able to do things, like mowing the lawn, that I haven’t in several years. Plus my balance has improved which is putting my daughter, a nurse, at ease about fall risks. This program is different from my previous martial arts training in balance and flow, as well as the purpose of the journey.
